For a lady to have no man in her life isn’t a feat that’s applauded all over the world; when a lady has no fiancé, boyfriend, husband then people just seem to presume that there’s something wrong in her life.

1. WHY ARE YOU STILL SINGLE?
This question is quite irritating, you don’t force a relationship from nowhere; people just feel everyone has the power not to remain single; that is, they can be in a relationship whenever they want to, notwithstanding if there is someone available or not. To many people, it’s better to be in a relationship no matter what than to be single. The single lady hates being interrogated unnecessarily about her relationship status.
2. WHEN WOULD YOU HAVE A MAN IN YOUR LIFE? 
This question isn’t just irritating but it is as well annoying. It’s funny how even mothers ask their daughters when they would have a man in their life; this kind of pressure could even make a single lady jump into a relationship with any Tom, Dick and Harry. The priority should always be having a good man and not having a man.
3. HOW DO YOU COPE WITH BEING LONELY?
Being single doesn’t mean you are lonely; some single ladies that aren’t in a relationship are living a fulfilled life even more than many women in relationships. People tend to attach being single to being lonely, but a single lady has little or even nothing to do with loneliness and it’s frustrating when a lady is single and people think she’s lonely

IS IT OKAY FOR A WOMAN TO ASK A MAN OUT?

This is another edition of Elcrema Sunday Love Special and our topic for today is about women and if it’s OK to ask a man out.
Does it have to be the man doing the asking regularly or if a woman meets a man she likes, should she make advances at him and probably ask him to be in a relationship with her?

I think as far as relationships are concerned it’s okay for a woman to make little advances to a man she finds attractive but going all the way might not really be that advisable.
Morally, it isn’t wrong when it’s the woman that’s doing the asking out but it could backfire on the long run. Men could be lions sometimes, the prey they enjoy most are the ones they caught themselves and laboured for, not the one gifted to them easily.
Men are hunters, they love to chase and sometimes when the clock is reversed and they are being chased, they could take it for granted.
Yea, you might want to say that we are in the modern era and that doesn’t count, but it doesn’t mean that men have lost that old-fashioned instinct of valuing a lady that caught their own eye and they laboured for, not the other way round.
So my advice is, if you like a man, make advances at him but if he doesn’t deem it upon himself to carry on from there then he just might not be interested. If a man isn’t interested in you and he enters a relationship with you, that relationship would hardly ever pan out well.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To provide SCADA/EMS System Hardware technical support and maintenance for SCADA/EMS System.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•           To ensure regular preventive maintenance and repair is being carried out as per maintenance schedules for SCADA/EMS System and associated systems/ equipment

•           To actively participated in SCADA/EMS System expansion and upgrading works following extension and upgrades of the grid system and SCADA/EMS System.

•           Ensure SCADA/EMS Data transmission is as per requirement and Interfacing of stations and equipment are in order.

•           To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly and annual reports showing the status of all systems.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•           Holder of BSc. In Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer System & Information Technology Engineering Or equivalent from recognized University/College

•           Must be registered as Professional Engineer by Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania and must possess Engineering Practicing License.

•           1 – 2 years’ experience
