POSITION; PLANT MANAGER-TUKUYU (MBEYA)
REPORTING TO; Technical Director
The job holder holder will be responsible for the overall management of company operations in Mbeya, this includes ensuring that all plants and machineries for both Ilenge, Ikama and Kyejo are running effective. This include includes effective management of Human Resources, Financial resources, Plant, Machineries and Vehicles and ensuring all deliveries and dispatches are done on timely manner and in accordance with applicable local and international standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Ensure defined production targets are met as per approved budget. This will include supervising production line operations of both CO2 recovery plants in accordance with plant parameters and procedures
•    Performing plant daily production calculations and ensuring that all plants and documents are kept safe
•    Ensuring that transport and distribution procedures are implemented including Fueling procedures, Dispatch procedures, Bulk CO2 deliveries documentations, Weighing & Measures, truck general maintenance procedures and ensuring minimum CO2 stock losses during transfer.
•    Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health and Environments) standards and procedures. This includes compliance in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) procedures, sanitation & hygiene policies, minimizing CO2 and refrigerant leaks, so as to ensure a clean and safe work area
•    Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Requirement of the position
Education, Qualification and Experience
•    Electrical Engineering Degree from a recognizable institution and MUST be registered with Engineers registration Board of Tanzania
•    Over 10 years working experience in a manufacturing carbon dioxide production environment 5 of which is at managerial level
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advance computer skills

REPORTING TO; Plant Manager Tukuyu (MBEYA)
The job holder holder will be responsible for effective implementation of day to day financial, accounting, administrative, logistics, store keeping, human resource and community liaison services to all the company operations in Mbeya
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Effective implementation of all transport and distribution procedures such as  Fueling procedures, Dispatch procedures, Bulk CO2 deliveries documentations procedures and ensuring that all documentation
•    Ensure good relations with communities around the company by keeping abreast with all the CSR activities that are scheduled for implementation and representing the company in the events that requires company participation.
•    Effective management of cash floats assigned to the branch and ensuring that proper accounting is done according to accounting standards
•    Ensuring proper management of inventories as per required stores operations procedures
•    Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Requirement of the position
Education, Qualification and Experience
•    Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration Degree from a recognizable institution
•    Over 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Carbon Dioxide production environment will be an added advantage
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advance computer skills
•    Experience in Navision Accounting System will be an added advantage

POSITION; QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN- TUKUYU- MBEYA
REPORTING TO; Plant Manager Tukuyu (MBEYA)
The job holder will be responsible for effective implementation of quality control procedures at all plants so as to ensure all quality checks are done as required and raise alarm in case of any discrepancies
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Effective monitoring of all critical control points that could affect product quality
•    Ensuring that calibration program of all measuring equipments is done on time.
•    Implementation of times quality measurement to ensure that the ultimate product is of the required quality standards
•    Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Requirement of the position
Education, Qualification and Experience
•    Diploma in Laboratory Technology from a recognizable institution
•    Over 1 year working experience in a Manufacturing Industry, experience on Industrial Gases Production environment will be an added advantage
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advance computer skills

POSITION; SHEQ COORDINATOR – DAR ES SALAAM
REPORTING TO: Director – Human Resource and Administration
The job holder will be responsible for the overall coordination of all safety, Health, Environment and Quality activities for the company. This includes ensuring that the laid down policies and procedures related to SHEQ are effectively implemented as required by both local legislations and internationals standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Ensuring that the company is complying with all the statutory legislation related to SHEQ and defined international standards that relates to the company operations
•    In charge of the Safety Committee of the Head Office, Mbeya and Mwanza Branches and ensure that all the committees work according to the laid down procedures
•    Custodian of the company SHEQ policies and ensuring that the stated objectives are effectively achieved as per the timeliness established
